I hope this newsletter finds you relaxing by a fire, binge watching your favorite show - a snack platter and a festive drink!
This year is different for sure. I will be thinking (HAPPY MERRY thoughts) of you and yours!
I am feeling very nostalgic for Christmases past; the book my Dad would read my Brother and I once we had placed the cookies & milk (beer) out for Santa....just before we went to bed. The silly, flimsy tissue paper hats that popped out of Christmas crackers....my Grandmother baking...my organized Mom wrapping gifts...my childrens' sparkling, joy-filled eyes & laughter...the long HUGS from my Grandchildren.....cocktails with friends!
We have so much to look forward to and so much to be grateful for.
I believe these lyrics say it best for XMAS 2020: (absolutely something cheery)
"Through the years we all will be together
If the fates allow
Hang a shining star upon the highest bough
And have yourself a merry little Christmas now"
