I strive to eat plant-based but I have to be honest.
Every so often I just 'have to' have
a good burger or a juicy steak!
Last night I created a brand new recipe.
I didn't have a name for it until I ate it.
It was THE BOMB
(awesome | phenomenal | the best)
So yup....
'Burger Bombs'
You will need to use the world's greatest
RELISH
Highly recommended!

Prepare 2 pans.
One for burger bombs.
One for fries.
Cover in foil. Line with parchment.

Take out and top with a generous
spoonful of Bubbies relish
One large ring of red onion
Gobs of shredded cheese
Put back in oven for 5-10 more minutes
or until all bubbly and gooey
