The Diligent Buddha

I've been studying some new things of late. Finding my way.  Here are a few things I read many times a day:

I know my truth and I share it.  I am guided by my deepest purpose. My life is guided by divine synchronicity. - Vissudha  (all from the throat and for me...that is a great significance in my life)

Om Anandamayi Chaitanyamayi Satyamayi Parame
(O Thou full of bliss, full of consciousness, full of truth, Supreme)
Thanks to Kelly Cutrone for sharing this with me.  It calms me completely.

Durga is another gal pal of mine.  I carry her picture in my pocket every day. Durga manifests fearlessness and patience, and never loses her sense of humor, even during spiritual battles of epic proportion. Durga is an embodiment of creative feminine force!

I've also been reading and pondering about Buddhism.  The key lesson for me is one of 'Diligence'. Diligence is steadfast application, assiduousness and industry—the virtue of hard work rather than the sin of careless sloth. It is one of the Seven Heavenly VirtuesDiligent behaviour is indicative of a work ethic — a belief that work is good in itself.
